Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package to our designated fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
